Job summary

Cumming Group in Trenton, NJ seeks a Senior Scheduler to oversee planning for a data center client. The role requires 5–7 years of scheduling experience and a strong background in 4D/5D modeling, risk assessment, and forensic scheduling analysis.

You will support Project Managers, develop and maintain detailed schedules, monitor critical paths, and provide monthly progress reports while mentoring junior schedulers. This is a full-time on-site opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering with 5–7 years scheduling experience.
• Experience in project scheduling or as Project Engineer is preferred.
• Familiarity with risk assessments and cost-market analyses.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers with quality project schedules at appropriate detail levels.
• Develop, monitor, and resolve negative schedule impacts on critical paths.
• Lead project teams and contractors on monthly progress of work.
• Develop and maintain project risk assessments and 4D/5D modeling.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis and validate costs against plans.
• Prepare detailed monthly progress reports and data integration.
