Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler in San Marcos, TX to oversee planning for a data center client. You will develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, lead scheduling efforts, and perform forensic analyses. Prior data center or heavy-civil scheduling experience is highly preferred.

The role involves risk assessment, 4D/5D modeling, and coordinating with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure on-time performance. Travel is domestic as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and maintaining project risk assessments (qualitative and quantitative).
• Experience with 4D/5D modeling and forensic scheduling analyses.
• Knowledge of cost audits/valuations and estimate validation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules and critical paths.
• Lead and mentor Scheduler I & II; oversee progress reporting and risk management.
• Perform forensic scheduling analyses and schedule validation for client projects.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, and contractors to resolve schedule issues.
