Job summary

Cumming Group in Richmond, VA seeks an experienced Senior Scheduler to lead scheduling for a major data center program. You will develop, monitor, and validate schedules, manage critical paths, and coordinate with project managers, design teams, and contractors.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer, a BS in Construction Management or Engineering, and PSP/PMP or related certifications. Comprehensive benefits accompany a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer.
• BS in Construction Management or Engineering.
• PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS certifications preferred.
• Experience with 4D/5D modeling and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and status project schedules at appropriate detail levels.
• Lead scheduling activities across complex data-center projects and manage critical paths.
• Provide guidance on design issues, client concerns and code issues.
• Mentor Scheduler I & II team members and ensure high-quality schedules.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis and support progress reporting.
