Job summary

The role drives schedule optimization, risk mitigation, and resource planning while providing accurate analysis of progress, delays, and impacts; collaborates with project teams to maintain schedule integrity and improve planning across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline; relevant experience also considered.
• 7+ years of experience in project execution or scheduling.
• Proficient in producing a plan from a scope of work and milestone planning.
• Strong understanding of EVM, PI, SPI and schedule control.

Responsibilities

• Develops a schedule compliant with the selected execution strategy.
• Drives schedule optimization to mitigate risks and improve efficiency; lead resource planning, sequencing, and leveling.
• Defines the planning & scheduling system (methods, procedures, time-schedules, dashboards).
• Provides schedule input during proposal and planning phases, validating durations and timelines.
• Develops and governs WBS and schedule coding structures for integration with cost and reporting.
• Leads baseline schedule development, client acceptance, and progress measurement approaches.
• Coordinates, reviews, and prepares project plans and schedules.
• Communicates critical path activities, milestones, float, and risks to the team.
