Job summary

Arcadis U.S., Inc. is seeking a Lead Planner and Scheduler for flagship energy capital projects, embedded at the client site in Houston.

You will develop master schedules (Primavera P6/MS Project), manage baselines, and coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure on-time delivery. Requires 15+ years in planning/scheduling, strong CPM/EVM knowledge, Primavera, and PMI-SP or AACE PSP is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
15+ years in planning and scheduling large capital projects, energy sector preferred.
Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6; PMIS integration experience required.
Strong CPM knowledge and earned value management experience.
PMI-SP or AACE PSP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and maintain detailed master schedules for complex capital projects.
Create integrated master CPM schedules with owner/contractor inputs.
Monitor progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams; present planning docs.
Incorporate risks and changes into the schedule; support claims and change management.
Align WBS, CBS, and codes for reliable performance and reporting.
Lead continuous improvements in planning tools and processes.
