Job summary

Audubon Companies in Houston, TX is seeking a Junior Scheduler to join our energy projects team. Under supervision of Project Controls Manager, you will develop schedules using Primavera P6 for EPC projects across oil and gas, refinery, and related industries, identifying milestones, logic, constraints, and resource loading.

You will communicate schedule status to Project Management and clients, update progress, and support cost and schedule analyses.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years as a project scheduler in industrial engineering/construction.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate accurate project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project as needed.
• Develop schedules for oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical projects.
• Identify relationships, logic, milestones, constraints and resources in schedules.
• Coordinate with departments to manage progress and anticipate delays.
• Prepare schedule analyses and variance explanations.
• Support other project controls activities such as cost monitoring and reporting.
