Job summary

Redwood is seeking a Senior Staff Scheduler to develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules for large-scale infrastructure projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to keep initiatives on track.

You will use Primavera P6 and MS Project, perform critical path analysis and EVM, provide periodic reports, maintain baselines, and train team members on scheduling practices. Strong communication and risk-management skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling, controls, or related fields, preferably in construction/engineering.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, including critical path analysis and earned value management (EVM).
• Experience with risk management and schedule risk analysis.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams regarding schedule management and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather details and ensure accurate schedule development.
• Monitor progress and performance to identify scheduling issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic schedule reports, including critical path analysis and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Maintain and update project baselines and document changes to schedules.
• Conduct what-if scenario analysis to forecast impacts and devise mitigation plans.
• Track schedule deviations and assess their impact on overall timelines.
• Develop and maintain documentation of scheduling activities and provide training as needed.
• Coordinate with cost control to integrate schedule and cost information for reporting.
