• Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Build project schedules encompassing scope, milestones and timelines.
• Ensure clear responsibility and ownership for all project outcomes via WBS.
• Ensure the schedule aligns with the project execution plan and control documents.
• Baseline schedules and manage periodic updates.
• Manage the fully integrated project schedule and structure for review at multiple levels.
• Negotiate timelines and interdependencies between key partners for client outcomes.
• Provide regular updates on schedule progress.
• Review external schedules to ensure best practices are followed.
