Job summary

Arion seeks a Senior Scheduler to lead development, implementation, and control of project schedules, ensuring alignment with execution strategies and contractual requirements. You will drive schedule optimization, risk mitigation, and resource planning, providing accurate analysis of progress, delays, and impacts.

The role partners with project teams to support decision-making, maintain schedule integrity, and improve planning processes throughout the project lifecycle, including EVM

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical discipline (preferred; exceptional candidates considered).
• 7+ years of experience in project execution.
• Proficient in producing a plan from a scope of work.
• Milestone planning expertise.
• Proficient in identifying critical path and float.
• Solid understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) and performance indices.

Responsibilities

• Develops a schedule compliant with the selected execution strategy.
• Drives schedule optimization to mitigate risks and improve efficiency.
• Defines the planning & scheduling system and dashboards.
• Provides schedule input during proposals and planning phases including timelines.
• Develops and governs WBS and schedule coding structures.
• Leads baseline schedules and client-facing milestones.
