Job summary

Structure Tone, part of STO Building Group, is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join their New Jersey team. You will work closely with the Project Team to ensure adherence to Project Controls standards and interface with estimating, design, and construction teams to manage the life cycle of quantity, cost, and schedule from original estimate through project completion.

The Senior Scheduler will oversee CPM scenarios, analyze data for forecasts, and communicate risks to maintain project schedules.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant construction scheduling experience.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management System.
• Proficient in scheduling software (Primavera P6 or MSP) and document controls with Bluebeam/Procore.

Responsibilities

• Prepares CPM scenarios for management and integrates into a complete CPM schedule.
• Aggregate and analyze historical and forecast data for realistic planning and forecasting.
• Develop understanding of project scopes and contracts.
• Communicates with owners to ensure satisfaction or implement corrective actions.
• Provide scheduling analysis for delays and impacts to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure teams respond to risks related to schedule and delay.
