Structure Tone, part of STO Building Group, is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join their New Jersey team. The Senior Scheduler will collaborate with the estimating, design, and construction teams to ensure accurate life cycle management of quantity, cost, and schedule from original estimate through project completion.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Construction or related field, 10+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of CPM scheduling, Earned Value Management, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years relevant experience or equivalent.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management System.
• Proficient in document control and office software.

Responsibilities

• Prepares CPM scenarios and integrates into complete CPM schedule.
• Accumulates historical and forecast data for planning and forecasting.
• Understand project scopes and contracts.
• Communicates with Owner for customer satisfaction and corrective actions.
• Provides scheduling analysis for delays and impacts to mitigate risk.
• Ensures teams respond to schedule-related risks.
