Job summary

Structure Tone, part of STO Building Group, is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join their New Jersey team. The Senior Scheduler will maintain close working relationships with the Project Team to ensure that they meet or exceed Project Controls standards.

This hands-on role will give you the opportunity to directly interface with the estimating, design, and construction teams to ensure the accurate life cycle of quantity, cost, and schedule management from original estimate through project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in scheduling and project controls.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management System.
• Proficient in scheduling software and document control tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepares CPM scenarios and integrates into a complete schedule.
• Accumulate historical/forecast data for realistic planning.
• Develop understanding of project scopes and contracts.
• Communicate with Owner to ensure satisfaction; implement corrective actions.
• Provide scheduling analysis for delays and risk mitigation.
• Conduct monthly schedule project audits.
