Job summary

STO Building Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Scheduler to collaborate with project teams across estimating, design, and construction. You will manage CPM schedules, analyze data, and contribute to the lifecycle from original estimate through project completion.

The role involves interfacing with owners, managing risk, and training project managers in scheduling software, with opportunities to support company-wide controls and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Understanding of Earned Value Management System
• Self-sufficient in document control and office software

Responsibilities

• Prepares CPM scenarios for management and integrates into a complete CPM schedule
• Accumulates historical and forecast data for realistic planning and forecasting
• Develops understanding of project scopes and contracts
• Communicates with Owner to ensure customer satisfaction or implement corrective action
• Provides scheduling analysis for delays and impacts to identify and mitigate project risk
• Ensures teams address schedule risks and delays
• Oversees and notifies management of concerns regarding contract notices, delays, and documentation
• Participates in project pursuits and prepares fee proposals and RFP responses
• Documents schedule basis with critical assumptions for internal use
• Conducts monthly schedule project audits
• Develops or assists in training Project Managers on scheduling tools
• Supports a positive and inclusive work environment
