Job summary

Structure Tone, part of the STO Building Group, is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join their New Jersey team. This hands-on role interfaces with the estimating, design, and construction teams to ensure accurate life cycle of quantity, cost, and schedule management from original estimate through project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 10+ years relevant experience; equivalent education considered.
• Understanding of Earned Value Management System.
• Proficient in document control and office software (Bluebeam, Procore, MS Office).
• Scheduling software experience (Primavera P6 or MSP).

Responsibilities

• Prepares CPM scenarios for management and integrates into a complete CPM schedule.
• Collects and analyzes historical/forecast data for realistic planning.
• Understand project scopes and contracts.
• Communicates with Owner to ensure satisfaction or implement corrective action.
• Provides scheduling analysis for delays and risk mitigation.
• Ensures teams respond to schedule-related risks and notices.
• Oversees and notifies management of concerns about schedules, delays, and documentation.
• Contributes to project pursuits with proposals, RFPs, and presentations.
• Documents schedule basis with critical assumptions for internal use and GMPs.
• Conducts monthly schedule project audits.
• Trains Project Managers and Superintendents on scheduling tools and processes.
• Supports a positive and inclusive work environment.
