The Vertex Companies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Scheduler with extensive CPM scheduling experience to join our team in New York. You will develop and maintain schedules using Primavera P6, monitor performance, identify risks, and report progress to clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree with extensive related experience and leadership responsibilities.
Proficiency in CPM concepts and Primavera P6.
Experience scheduling high-rise, core & shell, mixed-use, commercial, healthcare or large vertical projects.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain CPM schedules for multiple high-rise and large-scale construction projects.
Review project documents and assess scheduling risks, delays, and recoveries.
Prepare narratives, graphical reports, and client-ready project controls deliverables.
Lead schedule update meetings with owners, contractors, and design teams.
Monitor utilization and project budgets; support business development efforts.
