Job summary

Flatiron Construction is seeking an experienced Scheduler to develop, monitor, and manage multiple project schedules across small to medium construction programs. You will collaborate with project teams, attend site meetings, and ensure timely baselines and progress updates to support on-time delivery.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field and 7+ years of heavy civil scheduling experience, with advanced Primavera P6 skills and proven ability to mitigate scheduling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field is preferred.
• 7+ years of heavy civil scheduler experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and scheduling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules (RFP, preconstruction, and execution) for estimating and operations.
• Attend site meetings, coordinate with stakeholders, and visit job sites to develop schedules.
• Create standard and custom graphs/charts for site personnel to manage projects.
• Maintain a database of activity groups with as-built information for reference.
• Prepare Time Impact Analyses for risks to schedule and budget.
