Job summary

G&E Partners is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support planning and delivery of complex construction projects. This onsite role collaborates with project and operations teams throughout the full project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years scheduling experience, strong Primavera P6 proficiency, and a track record on large commercial builds. You will develop schedules, track progress, analyze risks and present updates to executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Experience on large-scale commercial construction projects.
• Strong communication with project teams and executives.
• Solid understanding of construction means, methods and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Superintendents and Operations to hit milestones.
• Perform schedule analysis, progress tracking and forecasting.
• Identify risks and recommend mitigations.
• Support pursuits with schedule development.
• Present schedule updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure schedules reflect scope, sequencing and resources.
