Job summary

Zachry Construction Corporation seeks a Senior Scheduler to create and manage construction schedules using Primavera P6, coordinate reporting to clients, and provide progress analyses. The role supports projects from planning through execution on site.

Strong scheduling and communication skills are essential. Require 5+ years as a Scheduler on heavy/highway projects, a Civil Engineering degree is preferred, and proficiency in Primavera P6 with solid Excel/Word abilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Scheduler on heavy/highway construction projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or similar discipline is preferred.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 strongly preferred.
• Strong MS Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and update integrated project schedules.
• Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval.
• Assess impacts on critical path and near‑critical activities.
• Monitor deviations and assist in corrective actions.
• Provide schedule progress reports and trend analyses.
• Review schedules with project team and subcontractors.
