Job summary

Consigli Construction seeks a Senior Scheduling Manager to lead project scheduling at designated sites. You will oversee Primavera P6 schedules and coordinate with superintendents, PMs, and clients to meet contract requirements.

This full-time role requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering, 10+ years of scheduling experience, and strong communication to drive bi-monthly updates and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of construction scheduling experience or equivalent.
• Thorough use of diversified scheduling systems and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Oversee total scheduling effort to ensure project is executed on schedule.
• Interface with superintendent, trades, project manager, client reps, and other contractors professionally.
• Communicate with Director of Scheduling, Project Manager and Superintendent.
• Ensure strong communication within field and office staff.
• Establish rapport with field superintendents and management teams.
• Support project teams with leadership and scheduling guidance.
• Lead bi-monthly schedule updates to measure progress.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise scheduling activities.
• Ensure teams anticipate procurement needs and plan work accordingly.
• Assist with Time Impact Analysis.
