Cumming Group in Nashville, TN is seeking a Senior Scheduler to develop and manage project schedules for large-scale construction programs. You will partner with project teams and stakeholders to keep milestones aligned, risks identified, and schedules achievable throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of scheduling experience, familiarity with 4D/5D modeling and forensic scheduling, and a BS in Construction Management or Engineering.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred).
• 5–7 years' experience in project scheduling or as a Project Engineer.
• Certifications: PSP, PMP, CPE, CEP, CCP, CMIT or MRICS.

Responsabilités

• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules for large-scale construction projects.
• Lead project managers, design teams, and contractors on monthly progress.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis and validate schedule logic.
• Develop and maintain 4D/5D modeling and risk assessments.
• Manage resource and cost loading of schedules and report on schedule performance.
