You will develop and maintain detailed schedules, perform risk analysis, and help validate cost data across multiple projects for clients in New Jersey and beyond.

The role emphasizes technical rigor, data integration, and mentorship of junior staff, with a focus on thorough, compliant reporting and clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education in construction management or engineering and PSP preferred.
• Experience with forensic scheduling analysis on projects.
• Ability to validate estimates, conduct cost analyses and audits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain critical monthly progress reports.
• Perform forensic scheduling analysis and risk assessment.
• Review and validate schedules for accuracy and delay impacts.
• Support data collection, integration, and reporting of project metrics.
• Mentor Scheduler I team members and ensure quality deliverables.
• Oversee scope control and change management implications to cost and schedule.
