Job summary

A leading company is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to manage and update the Project Integrated Master Schedule for large-scale capital programs. The ideal candidate will interface with stakeholders, prepare schedules, and apply Earned Value Management to ensure project success. Qualifications

Job Description

Develop, monitor, and update the owner's Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).

Establish the schedule management program and deliverables for large-scale capital programs.

Interface with project stakeholders as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and recommendations.

Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documents for approval.

Conduct schedule resource loading and leveling.

Assess impacts on the critical path and near-critical activities, reporting to the project team.

Monitor schedule deviations and variances, assisting in developing corrective actions.

Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) methodology to measure project progress.

Review schedules regularly with team members to ensure accurate and timely data.

Prepare and provide schedule progress reports, trending charts, and analysis periodically.

Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances affecting schedule performance.

Ensure the credibility of schedule information.

Maintain liaison with clients and other consultants throughout all project stages.

Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of applicable experience.

Experience working within a complex matrix environment.
