This position involves providing technical leadership in researching and implementing scheduling tools and best practices, managing multiple projects, and mentoring staff. The role supports aviation, transit, and roadway/bridge projects across the Carolinas.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and advise on multiple scheduling projects.
• Develop and maintain enterprise scheduling processes.
• Create complex scheduling models and analyze project schedules.
• Participate in client presentations and coordinate with project controls teams.
• Support business development and marketing efforts.
• Assist in claims analysis and serve as SME in VE Studies.
• Translate contract documents into schedules and lead planning efforts.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, perform risk analysis, and update progress.
• Review contractor schedule submittals and mentor junior schedulers.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Business with 9 years of relevant experience, or 13 years of relevant experience without a degree.

What We Prefer

• AACE PSP certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and SmartPM.
• Experience across multiple project lifecycle phases.
• Experience as a client’s PM/CM or as part of a design-build team.
