Job summary

ASRC Industrial is seeking a Scaffolding Supervisor to lead scaffolding crews across projects in California. The role requires strong leadership, strict safety enforcement, and an ability to coordinate with project teams and trades to keep schedules on track.

You will plan activities, read blueprints, manage materials, and ensure compliance with design specs and quality standards. A proactive problem-solver with clear communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience leading scaffolding crews.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding erection and safety standards.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct scaffolding crews, subordinate supervisors, and foremen.
• Enforce safety procedures and conduct inspections for unsafe conditions.
• Plan and schedule scaffolding activities and ensure material availability.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and trades to support the project schedule.
• Monitor work for compliance with blueprints and quality standards.
• Manage scaffolding materials, equipment, and inventory; prepare rental estimates.
