Qualifications

• 3+ years scaffolding/industrial construction experience.
• Minimum 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Ability to read basic drawings and safety plans.
• Strong knowledge of scaffold erection/modification/dismantling.
• Commitment to OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising scaffold crew on daily job site activities and ensure all work is performed safely and efficiently.
• Support planning and execution of scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling as directed by Foreman.
• Ensure all scaffold work is completed in compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and client specifications.
• Conduct daily job site hazard assessments and support enforcement of strict safety practices.
• Lead toolbox talks when assigned and communicate safety expectations to crew members.
• Coordinate manpower, tools, and materials needed for assigned scaffold tasks.
• Assist in inspecting scaffold structures to ensure stability, integrity, and safety compliance.
• Communicate daily progress, delays, and jobsite issues to Foreman.
• Ensure crew productivity and quality standards are met on all assignments.
• Train and mentor helpers and less experienced workers in safe scaffold practices.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
