Job summary

Electrolit Manufacturing USA in Waco, TX seeks a SCADA Engineer to lead industrial automation, SCADA, and process control systems for a 24/7 beverage facility. You will design, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize control systems to ensure safe and reliable plant operations.

You will bridge IT and Operations, support SAP/ERP interfaces, and lead Industry 4.0 initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to improve uptime and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Automation/Computer/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting industrial automation and control systems.
• Experience with SCADA platforms and HMI development.
• Strong knowledge of industrial networks and common protocols.
• Experience with SQL databases, data historians, and manufacturing data systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for SCADA/HMI/PLC and industrial control systems facilitywide.
• Program, troubleshoot, and optimize PLC logic and device integration.
• Support process automation across batching, blending, filling, packaging, and warehousing.
• Monitor SCADA performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Establish automation standards: documentation, backups, dashboards, and Kipointing.
