Job summary

SOLV Energy in the United States is seeking an EPC SCADA Project Manager II to lead utility-scale solar and BESS projects. The role emphasizes planning, budgeting, and risk management, with remote or hybrid work and in-office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage procurement, and guide system design reviews, FAT, and closeout while ensuring contractual alignment and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing multiple projects in EPC or similar environments.
• 2–4 years of project management for utility-scale PV solar projects.
• General knowledge of SCADA system design, setup, commissioning, and support.
• Experience with cost budgets and resource management.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget for utility-scale solar/BESS projects.
• Coordinate contract requirements and ensure alignment with SOLV standards.
• Serve as primary contact for Owners, vendors, subs, and internal teams.
• Lead cross-functional teams and procurement activities across project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet critical milestones.
• Oversee FAT, commissioning, and system design reviews.
