Job summary

SOLV Energy in the United States is seeking an EPC SCADA Project Manager II to lead utility-scale solar and BESS projects. You will manage scope, schedule, budgets, and procurement, coordinating with engineers, vendors, and field teams to deliver results.

This remote or hybrid role requires strong communication, risk management, and familiarity with SCADA design, FAT, and project controls. Regular in-office presence in San Diego, CA or Bend, OR may be required during interviews.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of project management experience on utility-scale PV solar projects.
• General knowledge of SCADA system design, setup, commissioning, and support.
• Ability to manage cost budgets and project resources.
• Experience with scheduling and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage SCADA scope, schedule, and budget for EPC projects.
• Interpret SCADA contract requirements and ensure alignment with SOLV standards.
• Serve as primary contact for Owners, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project goals and requirements.
• Lead procurement, scheduling, and project closeout activities.
• Work with field teams to ensure quality SCADA installation and FAT.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to meet milestones.
• Prepare monthly cost reporting and forecasting.
• Manage project documentation and change controls.
