Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a seasoned SBA Lending professional in Boise to manage business client relationships, source new opportunities, and expand share of wallet. You will collaborate with BBRMs and COIs, drive cross-sales, and ensure compliant loan processes for clients with $3–$10M in sales and $500k–$5M loan sizes.

The role emphasizes community engagement, ongoing client stewardship, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or related field required or equivalent experience.
5+ years SBA lending experience with success in managing client relationships and achieving sales goals.
Experience building referral sources and COI networks to source opportunities.

Responsibilities

Maintains in-depth knowledge of SBA products and banking services.
Prospects for opportunities, sources referrals, and participates in community events.
Joins calls with BBRMs/SBRMs to enhance SBA product knowledge and close opportunities.
Meets/exceeds sales goals while contributing to team success.
Maintains understanding of client needs and differentiators in the market.
Collaborates with credit campus to facilitate underwriting and approvals.
Ensures compliance and accurate loan documentation; resolves exceptions.
Maintains ongoing client contact to support growth initiatives.
Adheres to policies and procedures related to sales and compliance.
