Job summary

KeyBank seeks an experienced SBA lending professional to expand client relationships and grow loan portfolios in a dynamic market. You will collaborate with Business Banking Relationship Managers to identify opportunities and cross-sell a broad range of banking products to commercial clients.

The role emphasizes in-depth SBA product knowledge, strong client engagement, and a disciplined approach to credit, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Deep expertise in SBA products (7(a), 504, Express) and lending procedures.
• Strong ability to meet/exceed sales goals in high-volume environments.

Responsibilities

• Prospects opportunities and expands district referral pipeline via COIs and internal referrals.
• Co-leads with BBRMs and SBRMs to deepen SBA product knowledge and cross-sell.
• Maintains client relationships, ensures compliance, and supports underwriting and loan documentation.
