Huntington Bancshares, Inc. is seeking an SBA Business Loan Closing Coordinator, Sr. to process government-guaranteed loans through closing while meeting service levels.

You will assemble collateral and loan documents, ensure compliance with SBA/USDA rules, and collaborate with internal teams to drive accurate closings. This role requires a high school diploma, at least three years in loan documentation or review, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in loan documentation prep, analysis or quality review.
• Experience with SBA or other government-guaranteed loan programs preferred.
• Proficiency with Laser Pro or similar systems for generating loan documents.

Responsabilités

• Obtain collateral reports and information to meet credit and agency requirements.
• Work with SBA/USDA governed collateral (UCC, CRE, construction, refinance, acquisitions).
• Prepare all closing documents for government-guaranteed loans.
• Ensure loans are closed and disbursed per SBA/USDA regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and internal procedures.
• Support post-closing quality control and other duties as assigned.
