Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Typically six or more years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of SBA 7(a) and 504 loan programs.
• Ability to analyze borrower eligibility, cash flow, and collateral.
• Strong report writing and communication skills.
• Experience with loan documentation and risk assessment procedures.
