Job summary

American Momentum Bank seeks a seasoned professional to prepare in-depth SBA credit analyses for 7a, 504 and Express loans, ensuring underwriting aligns with SBA SOP and bank policies.

You will perform audit-quality reviews, structure transactions, and assemble committee materials, coordinating with management and business development officers to drive timely loan approvals and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/finance/accounting or related field.
• 10+ years banking/credit experience with 4+ years SBA credit analysis experience.
• Strong understanding of SBA SOP eligibility requirements.
• Knowledgeable of computer systems including word processing, databases, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform SBA audit quality review and approval of loan applications and documentation during underwriting.
• Structure transactions to meet bank and SBA program guidelines.
• Prepare detailed financial analyses of borrowing entities and guarantors.
• Review third-party reports for accuracy and compliance with SBA standards.
• Assemble credit committee packages and present to Sr. SBA Credit Administrator.
• Assist in annual reviews of existing SBA 7a loans as assigned.
