Job summary

You will serve as primary client contact with senior executives, shape multi-year roadmaps, and lead teams across strategy and technology to deliver measurable improvements and growth for energy retailers and utility providers. Travel 25–100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Utility Industry or Customer Transformation delivery.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP functional experience.
• Expertise in Meter to Cash processes and related technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic engagements for energy retail and customer service, driving digital transformation and operational improvements.
• Serve as primary client contact for senior executives and align with client business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client performance and drive revenue growth.
• Manage project teams, mentor juniors, and ensure timely, quality delivery within budget.
• Lead business development by identifying opportunities and crafting proposals for Accenture’s Utilities practice.
• Contribute to thought leadership by staying current on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Travel may be required (25%–100%) depending on business needs.
