• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations preferred.

Senior Program Manager, SAP Transformation

Lead a major workstream within a large-scale SAP transformation and implementation program, owning end-to-end delivery across scope, schedule, budget, risks, and business outcomes. This role is responsible for driving complex cross-functional initiatives, managing stakeholder alignment, and ensuring successful execution of enterprise-wide process transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver a major SAP transformation workstream, ensuring execution against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
• Manage program financials, including forecasting, actuals, accruals, variance analysis, and budget reporting.
• Drive end-to-end business process transformation across Order to Cash (OTC), Plan to Deliver (PTD), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Financial Performance Management (FPM).
• Lead cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, IT organizations, and external implementation partners.
• Establish governance, manage risks and dependencies, and provide executive-level status reporting.
• Ensure successful business adoption, process standardization, and value realization.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of program management experience leading large-scale ERP or SAP transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience owning scope, schedule, budget, and delivery for complex enterprise programs.
• Strong financial management expertise, including forecasting, actuals, accruals, and budget management.
