Job summary

Infosys is seeking an accomplished Program Manager for SAP delivery to lead end-to-end transformation programs. You will partner with customer executives, manage governance, and drive cross-functional teams across onsite and offshore locations to deliver high-impact SAP initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20+ years in SAP delivery with large, customer-facing programs
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, conversions or rollouts
• Experience leading offshore delivery teams across onsite/offshore/nearshore
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders
• Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation and executive presentation skills
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required and eligibility to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• End-to-end accountability for program delivery, customer relationships and governance
• Identify risks early and provide transparent status reporting
• Lead SAP transformation programs across all project phases
• Establish operating model, integrated plan and governance structures
• Review SOW, scope, assumptions and delivery plan
• Serve as primary onsite delivery contact for executives and leaders
• Coordinate with offshore delivery teams for unified leadership and handoffs
• Translate business context into priorities for offshore teams
• Maintain evidence-based view of program health across dimensions
• Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations with defined owners
