Job summary

Infosys seeks a seasoned Program Manager for SAP transformations in the US. You will lead end-to-end delivery of complex SAP programs, align stakeholders, and drive governance, risk management, and financial performance across onsite and offshore teams.

You will establish operating models, review SOWs, and ensure consistent use of SAP tools and accelerators, while managing client relationships and ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20+ years of SAP delivery experience; lead large, complex SAP transformations in a customer-facing role
• Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation, conversion or global rollout programs
• Demonstrated experience managing large offshore delivery teams and coordinating across onsite, offshore and nearshore
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across functional, technical, integration, data, testing, change management and cutover
• Strong knowledge of program planning, governance, risk management, scope control, financial management and executive reporting
• Visa independent candidate; periodic travel to customer location required

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP transformation programs across all project phases
• Establish the program operating model, integrated plan, governance structure, RACI, reporting cadence and escalation mechanism
• Review and operationalize the Statement of Work, scope, assumptions, delivery plan and staffing model
• Serve as the primary onsite delivery contact for customer executives and Infosys leadership
• Build and maintain alignment with key stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle
• Coordinate with offshore Delivery Manager/Director and teams for unified leadership and handoffs
• Translate customer context into priorities for offshore teams
• Maintain an evidence-based view of program health across schedule, scope, financials, staffing, risks and quality
• Manage risks with owners, mitigation plans, escalation triggers and contingency actions
• Drive cross-workstream dependencies and customer obligations to closure
• Ensure adoption of SAP and Infosys tools, methods, templates and accelerators
• Cooperate with Program QA reviews and close actions
