Accenture’s SAP practice seeks a transformation maven with deep ECC to S/4HANA upgrade experience, capable of leading advisory and delivery across migrations, platform enablement, digitization and moving to S/4HANA from multiple approaches. You’ll combine architecture know‑how with creative problem solving and communicate effectively with C‑suite.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ advisory experience with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades.
• Experience leading 2+ ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP RISE and related technologies.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing sales opportunities with Client and Account Teams.
• Experience with SAP on hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and data migration tools.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Smart()field Team and accountable to the overall Smart()field Pursuit Lead to deliver the solution.
• Lead migration/conversion workshops and determine cross‑tower SMEs.
• Contributes to the overall migration plan from technical/architectural end.
• Lead high‑level and low‑level architecture design.
• Lead technical/architectural challenges and troubleshooting in projects.
• Participate with client and vendors on technical architecture and design topics.
• Engage the client to drive migration/conversion meetings/workshops.
• Coordinate & collaborate among different towers and with other vendors/partners.
• Coordinate internally with the account leadership, QA Director etc.
