Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP data migration leader to architect and drive end-to-end migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations. You will lead multi-wave data migration programs, define methodologies, and oversee toolsets across large enterprise landscapes.

You will mentor consultants and collaborate with client data owners and IT stakeholders to ensure data quality and successful go-live, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a lead data migration architect or program lead role.
• At least 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA.
• Minimum 3 years of experience leading migrations using SAP-native tooling (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT).
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream lead capacity.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations across greenfield, brownfield, and SDT scenarios.
• Define migration methodology, tooling, and governance for large multi-wave programs.
• Design data migration objects, rules, transformations, and cutover sequencing across domains.
• Lead and mentor data migration consultants and developers to ensure quality and consistency.
• Engage with data owners and IT stakeholders to align on data quality standards and sign-off processes.
• Govern tool configuration (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, Syniti, etc.) and ensure adherence to standards.
• Lead rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live execution with risk management.
