Accenture California is seeking an experienced SAP migration/advisory leader to help clients navigate ECC to S/4HANA upgrades and platform enablement. You will guide architecture, manage complex transformations, and partner with sales and delivery teams to drive successful cloud-first migrations.

The role demands deep technical know‑how, strong communication, and the ability to inspire teams from workshops to C‑suite presentations across multiple SAP technologies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional SAP experience.
• 5+ years advisory experience with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades.
• Experience leading 2+ ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs.
• Experience planning upgrade/transformation journeys.
• Minimum 1 year with SAP RISE and related tech.
• 2+ years managing sales opportunities with clients.
• 2+ years with SAP hyperscaler tech and clean core approaches.

Responsabilités

• Represent the Smart()field Team and be accountable to the Pursuit Lead to deliver the solution.
• Storytelling, collateral development, and cross‑tower SME coordination.
• Contribute to migration plan from technical/architectural perspectives.
• Lead high‑level and low‑level architecture design.
• Address technical/architectural challenges and troubleshooting in projects.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors on architecture topics.
• Drive migration/conversion meetings/workshops with the client.
• Coordinate across towers and with partner vendors and account leadership.
