Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned SAP data migration leader to architect end-to-end migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations. You will define methodologies, govern tooling across multi-wave programs, and guide a team of consultants across FI/CO/MM/SD/PP/HCM.

Travel may be required based on client needs. Bring 7+ years SAP experience with 5+ years in lead data migration roles, plus 4 full end-to-end implementations (2 with S/4HANA).

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years SAP experience with 5+ years as lead data migration architect or program lead.
• 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, 2 with S/4HANA (greenfield or brownfield).
• 3+ years leading migrations using SAP LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, or equivalent tools.
• 5+ years managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years) of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA programs across greenfield, brownfield, and SDT scenarios.
• Define migration methodology, tooling, and governance for large multi-wave programs.
• Design data migration objects, rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing across domains.
• Lead and mentor data migration consultants and developers to ensure quality.
• Engage client data owners, functions, and IT stakeholders to align on data quality and sign-off.
• Govern tool configuration and usage (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT) per migration architecture.
• Lead rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live activities with risk management.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and capability uplift.
