Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ advisory experience with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades (Brownfield/Hybrid/Greenfield).
• Experience leading or participating in 2+ ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs.
• Experience helping clients plan upgrade/transformation journeys.
• Minimum of 1 year with SAP RISE and related technologies.
• Minimum of 2 years managing sales opportunities with Client and Account Teams.
• Experience with SAP technology tasks including downtime optimization and green core remediation.
• Experience in Consumer Goods industry.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Smart()field Team and be accountable to the Smart()field Pursuit Lead.
• Lead architecture design and resolve technical challenges in projects.
• Coordinate with client and vendors on architecture and design topics.
• Drive migration/conversion workshops with clients; present plans.
• Collaborate across towers and with partners; coordinate internally with account leadership.
• Support migration/conversion milestones and create collateral as needed.
