Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP data migration leader to design and deliver enterprise-grade migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations, brownfield conversions, and multi-wave data cutovers. You will lead a cross-functional team, define tooling and governance, and mentor consultants to ensure quality.

You will collaborate with client data owners and IT stakeholders to align on data quality standards, lead rehearsals and go-live, and shape methodology across FI/CO/MM/SD/PP/HCM domains.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP experience with 5+ years as lead data migration architect.
• 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with 2 involving S/4HANA.
• 3 years leading migrations using LTMC/LTMOM, SAP BODS, SAP SLT, or comparable platforms.
• 5 years managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations.
• Define migration methodology, tooling, and governance for large multi-wave programs.
• Design data migration objects, rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing.
• Mentor data migration consultants and developers to ensure quality.
• Engage with data owners, leads, and IT for data quality sign-off.
• Govern tool configuration and usage (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, Syniti) to standards.
• Lead rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live execution with risk resolution.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and capability uplift.
