Qualifications

6+ years leading SAP technical transformation programs
8+ years in Cloud/Infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, architecture, and/or consulting
6+ years experience in customer-facing roles
Technical Certification in Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Experience in Consumer Goods industry and clients
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience)

Responsibilities

Build advisory relationships with strategic accounts and engage with CTOs/CIOs
Identify customer priorities, technical objections, and design strategies across SAP ecosystem
Demonstrate leadership and executive presence in face-to-face interactions
Ensure effective communication during critical incident management with a focus on C-level executives
Lead executive committee meetings to monitor delivery progress and customer support experience
Provide domain expertise around SAP S/4HANA private/public cloud and enterprise technology
Motivate delivery teams to meet customer expectations with workarounds and quick issue resolution
Make recommendations on integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, and security
