Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years leading SAP technical enterprise transformation programs/projects.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in Cloud/Infrastructure Technologies, IT Consulting/Support, Systems Administration, Network Operations, Software Development/Support, Technology Solutions, Architecture or Consulting.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in a customer-facing role.
• Technical Certification in Cloud (Azure/AWS/Google) or security certifications.
• Experience with Consumer Goods industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year work experience).

Responsibilities

• Build advisory relationships with strategic accounts and engage with CTOs and CIOs.
• Identify customer priorities, design strategies across the SAP ecosystem to deliver value.
• Demonstrate leadership and executive presence in face-to-face interactions.
• Ensure effective communication with customers during critical incidents, including C-levels.
• Lead executive committee meetings to monitor delivery progress and support experience.
• Provide domain expertise around SAP S/4HANA private/public cloud and enterprise tech.
• Exhibit technical leadership to motivate delivery teams and resolve issues quickly.
• Make recommendations on integration strategies, architectures, platforms, and security.
