Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned client adviser to lead SAP transformations for Fortune 500 clients, focusing on modernization and digitization across SAP ecosystems. You will guide architecture decisions, evangelize best practices, and build credibility with senior client executives.

You will collaborate with CTOs/CIOs, lead delivery teams, and drive strategic outcomes across cloud migrations and enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading SAP technical enterprise transformation programs/projects.
• 8+ years in Cloud/Infrastructure technologies and IT consulting, systems administration, or architecture.
• 6+ years experience in customer-facing roles and executive communications.
• Cloud certifications in major platforms required (Azure/AWS/Google).
• Experience in Consumer Goods industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 12+ years of work experience required; 6+ years if Associate degree.

Responsibilities

• Build advisory relationships with strategic accounts and engage with CTO/CIO.
• Identify customer priorities, objections, and design strategies across the SAP ecosystem to deliver value.
• Demonstrate proven leadership and executive presence in face-to-face interactions.
• Ensure effective communication with customers during critical incident management at the C‑level.
• Lead executive committee meetings to monitor delivery progress and customer experience.
• Provide domain expertise in SAP S/4HANA private/public cloud and enterprise tech; promote Accenture at events.
• Motivate delivery teams with technical leadership and quick issue resolution.
• Recommend integration strategies, enterprise architectures, platforms, security, and infrastructure needed for a complete solution.
• Manage enterprise architecture relationships with customers in collaboration with specialists, product management, and engineering.
