Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice focuses on delivering “Compressed Transformation” through design thinking, agile development, and cloud-enabled SAP solutions. The team supports S/4HANA migrations, upgrades, and conversions with advisory and delivery expertise across ECC to S/4HANA journeys.

The role emphasizes leading architectural discussions, coordinating multi-tower teams, and driving client workshops. Travel may be required, with compensation aligned to US market ranges and Accenture benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of professional SAP experience.
• Minimum of 5 years advisory capacity with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades - Brownfield Vs Hybrid Vs Greenfield
• Experience leading or actively participating in 2 or more ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs
• Experience helping clients plan their overall upgrade/transformation journey
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP RISE and related technologies
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing sales opportunities with Client and Account Teams
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP Technology tasks including downtime optimization, SAP on Hyperscaler, clean core approaches
• Experience supporting the CMT Industry/clients
• Bonus Points If you have experience with AI Technologies and PI/PO migration to BTP IS

Responsibilities

• Represents the Smart()field Team and is accountable to the Smart()field Pursuit Lead to deliver the solution.
• Experience storytelling, providing collateral, quarterbacking pursuits, and bringing standardization to the solutioning cycle.
• Contributes to overall migration plan from technical/architecture end.
• Leads high-level and low-level architecture design.
• Leads technical/architectural challenges/troubleshooting in projects.
• Participates with client and vendors on technical architecture and design topics.
• Engages the client to drive migration/conversion meetings/workshops, present migration/conversion plan.
• Coordinate & collaborate among different towers and with vendors/partners.
• Coordinate internally with account leadership, QA Director, etc.
• Travel may be required 0–100% depending on business and client requirements
