Job summary

Accenture’s SAP practice seeks a proven client adviser to lead transformation programs for Fortune 500 Aerospace and Defense clients, focusing on modernizing and digitizing enterprises with SAP technologies. You will build credibility with senior client executives through strong communication and executive presence.

You will guide advisory relationships with strategic accounts, influence designs across the SAP ecosystem, and lead delivery with a focus on cloud-based SAP solutions while engaging

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading SAP technical enterprise transformation programs/projects.
• 8+ years in Cloud/Infrastructure Technologies and related IT consulting roles.
• 6+ years in customer-facing roles (internal or external).
• Technical Certification in Cloud (Azure, AWS, Google) or security.
• Experience with Consumer Goods industry and clients.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience).

Responsibilities

• Build an advisory relationship with strategic accounts and engage with Architects, CTOs, and CIOs.
• Identify customer priorities, objections, and design strategies across the SAP ecosystem to deliver business value.
• Demonstrate leadership and executive presence in face-to-face interactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers during critical incident management at the C-level.
• Lead executive committee meetings to monitor delivery progress and customer experience.
• Provide domain expertise around SAP S/4HANA in private/public clouds and promote Accenture offerings.
• Motivate delivery teams to meet customer expectations with quick issue resolution.
• Make recommendations on integration strategies, architectures, platforms, security, and infra.
• Manage enterprise architecture relationships with customers alongside specialists and product teams.
