Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Transformations advisor with deep SAP experience to lead ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs and migrations. You will guide architecture decisions, coordinate with clients and vendors, and help shape strategic transformation journeys across multiple towers and teams.

You will drive conversations with C-suite and account teams, leveraging experience in SAP technologies, cloud readiness, and hyperscaler deployments to deliver complex modernization programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years professional experience.
• 5+ years advisory capacity with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades (Brownfield/Hybrid/Greenfield).
• Experience leading or participating in 2+ ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with SAP RISE and related technologies.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing sales opportunities with Client and Account Teams.
• Experience with SAP on hyperscalers (Azure, AWS, GCP) and clean core approaches.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Smart()field Team and be accountable to the overall Pursuit Lead.
• Lead architecture design and troubleshoot across projects.
• Collaborate with clients and vendors on architecture topics.
• Drive migration/conversion meetings and present migration plans.
• Coordinate across towers and with vendors/partners.
• Coordinate with account leadership and QA Director.
