Job summary

FARO’s Global Business Systems is seeking a hands‑on, seasoned SAP Technical Manager to lead Development and Integration CoE, translating requirements into technical SAP solutions. You will manage a diverse team, drive SAP architecture, and partner with stakeholders to deliver platform initiatives across ECC, CPQ, CPI/BTP, and integrations.

The role requires strong leadership, deep SAP technical expertise, and a track record of successful SDLC delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher degree required with 12+ years of experience or Master/Doctoral with 10+ years, plus 5+ years of people management.
7+ years of hands‑on SAP ABAP, SAP Integrations, Forms and Data Analysis experience.
5+ years leading SAP development and integration teams.
S/4HANA Migration experience and SAP ABAP Certification.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP Development & Integration CoE and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver SAP platform solutions.
Oversee design, architecture, development, testing, and deployment across SAP ECC, CPQ, CPI/BTP and integrations.
Manage a diverse team of SAP ABAP and Integration Developers; ensure SDLC is followed and projects delivered on time and within budget.
Drive strategic planning, prioritization and governance across multiple SAP programs.
